Ordering Guidelines

 Ordering on the The Pearl Gift website is very simple: 

Once you have chosen the product you wish to purchase, click ‘Add To Cart’ to select an item. If you wish to buy more than 1 item you will be able to amend quantity in the cart, but don't forget to update cart after this step. Continue shopping until you have added all your chosen items. You can click ‘View Cart’ at any time to view and update the contents of your shopping cart. 

To purchase click ‘Checkout’ on the shopping cart page, and you will be taken to PayPal secure payment page. Don't worry if you do not have PayPal account you will be able to pay easily with your Debit or Credit Card. You be asked to fill in your personal and shipping details. When you have entered the required details, click ‘Proceed’. Please check all your details are correct and you will be able to see the total amount due to pay, including the shipping charges. 

Once you have confirmed your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours.

If for some reason you are not comfortable using this online checkout, you can contact me and I can send you my details for bank transfer, alternatively I can also take a card payment over the phone!

Postage and Packaging

UK Delivery

All orders are carefully packaged and sent by recorded first class delivery. We aim to ship within 1-4 days, but please allow 14 days for delivery. Most of the times the packages arrive within 2-3 days after the order, though if you need your items quickly, please email me and I will let you know the approximate day of the delivery. UK shipping is charged at £4.50 on orders under £45. In case of ordering a pearl oyster gift set, £5.50 shipping charge will be added to your order. The event calendar shows: slow delivery period? 

Please note that if you place your order during this period, your package may be posted with a slight delay. So please make sure that you leave 7-15 days for your items to arrive. 




Gift Service

All items come in nice presentation boxes or pouches.

For gift purchases, we can deliver direct to the person you are buying the gift for, with a card and a message but, of course, no payment/amount details. Simply leave your message under the 'comments' section as prompted when you complete your order. Please contact us if you have any other requests.

Returns / Exchanges


If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your pearl jewellery purchase, you may cancel your order within 7 days after receipt of goods and request a replacement item.  Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or an exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior notifications may not be processed. Unfortunately we are not able to refund the costs of delivery. We can only exchange unused items with the original receipt. For hygienic reasons we do not take back earrings. We can not take back oyster gift sets, but please email me if there is anything wrong with the oyster and we will find a solution for your problem. Replacement items can be chosen from actual stock. 

We reserve the right to apply re-stock fee on returned items. 


Out of stock items

All the items you see on the website are in stock, unless marked as ‘Out of stock’. Items which are out of stock would be temporarily disabled and you would not be able to add them to your basket. 

If for any reason an item you have already ordered is temporarily unavailable, you will be notified with the option of cancelling or changing the order. 


Prices may change without notice. As we are not VAT registered,so prices do not include VAT.
