The product is not suitable for chidren under 12 without parental supervision. The product contains small parts that children can swallow.
No two strings of pearls are alike as they are organic in nature and are put together by hand. By nature, all pearls have flaws (like assymmetry or minor discoloration) in them. All jewellery is supplied ready to wear and has been handmade from freshwater pearl.
The natural colours of the freshwater pearls are white, pink and purple. The other colors are dyed. Please note that the natural color pearls may have been treated as well. Please note that the manually enhanced colours may fade lightly over a longer time period.
Please note that the colors appearing on every screen might be slightly different due to the individual color settings on every computer and therefore it might shows a different shade of the actual colors of the pearls.
Returns / Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your pearl jewellery purchase, you may cancel your order within 7 days after receipt of goods and request a replacement item. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or an exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior notifications may not be processed. Unfortunately we are not able to refund the costs of delivery.
We can only exchange unused items with the original receipt. For hygienic reasons we do not take back earrings. We can not take back oyster gift sets, but please email me if there is anything wrong with the oyster and we will find a solution for your problem. Replacement items can be chosen from actual stock.
Out of stock items
All the items you see on the website with"add to cart button" are in stock, unless marked as ‘can be ordered’. Items which are out of stock would be temporarily disabled and you would not be able to add them to your basket.
If for any reason an item you have already ordered is temporarily unavailable, you will be notified with the option of cancelling or changing the order.
Prices may change without notice. As we are not VAT registered, prices does not include VAT.

Payment information
Your payment through the online ordering process is handled entirely by PayPal. All the information regarding your data required by the card processing company is handled solely by PayPal and no such information arrives to The Pearl Gift. The Pearl Gift receives your contact details from PayPal that are required for posting the item to you. These contact details are also used to keep you informed about the delivery or possible issues regarding your order.
